Editing - 12/11/2014

In today's lesson, we experimented with editting. We decided that we would try to incorporate some slow motion into what we have so far. We changed the speed from normal which is 100% to 30% which is slow motion. We experimented going from slow to fast back to slow back to normal and at the end of the lesson, we decided going against using slow motion in the specific scene that we were going to however we have decided that we will definitely incorporate slow motion but nearer to the end of the song.

In addition to this, as many people were editting final cut pro crashed several times whilst we tried to edit. This wasn't that much of an issue as we kept saving our project every 5 minutes or so, however sometimes we would have to redo what we just etc and then it would crash again. However, we realise how important it is to save our work frequently.

We also decided that we will be re filming some scenes tomorrow. Although we thought that we were done filming, it's for the best that we re film as a lot of the basetracks were unusable because of issues eg camera was too shaky, performer was not singing etc.
